This was our THIRD time returning to this house for our annual extended family trip. We've tried many different listings for our Orlando vacations and this is the one we have "settled down" in and made into a yearly tradition. To reiterate my previous reviews, the house is clean and well-stocked, the heated pool is fantastic, the hosts are thoughtful and responsive, parking is right in front, restaurants, shopping and deliveries are so convenient, and the theme parks are very accessible. See you again next year!

This house was exactly what we were looking for! It was so peaceful and cozy! The views were incredible! The master bedroom was amazing! We loved our stay so much! We wanted to be away from the touristy stuff and this place checked all the boxes! We would absolutely stay here again!!

House was very nice, and the location with respect to activities outside the Storey Lake community was very good. Well stocked kitchen, we were able to cook everything we wanted with the supplies provided. Plenty of room in the house. What really stood out about this rental versus others I have had was the responsiveness of the host. She responded and resolved the couple issues and questions we had very quickly.

Patricia’s home is beautiful and well maintained. We highly recommend you stop searching and book this spot before it’s gone. Patricia is highly responsive. We did not have any issues during our stay, but she proactively checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. The kitchen is well stocked with cooking essentials, and there are numerous stores nearby to get necessary supplies. The home is very convenient to Disney and Universal. The decor is spot on. The rooms are so fun for kids and the house is extremely clean. The game room is AMAZING. It’s a 10/10!

We absolutely loved our stay at Patricia’s place and had the best experience. We would definitely look to stay with her again when we are back in the area. She was a great host with a beautiful home!

Communication was great and attended to our stay in a timely basis. Unlike many renters these days, Patricia doesn’t send you a 50 page rental agreement after you have already booked or use the risky practice of identity verification by uploading your drivers license and photo to a third party (again after you book). You should never do this if asked by a property owner and Patricia steers clear of that practice which I deeply appreciate. She has house rules in the listing. They are basic and reasonable. It’s a nice property so treat it as your own.

My family and I stayed at Patricia’s cabin and would highly recommend, especially for families with little ones as it’s all one story (no stairs inside the cabin). It has a cute little treehouse my son loved. Patricia was very responsive with any questions I had. It’s a beautiful cabin with lots of privacy. The drive up to the cabin wasn’t bad at all or scary. I would definitely stay there again on our next visit to Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg.

A perfect vacation stay for group above 10 ppl. Specially all most of the room are one bed only one is two. I mean is really good for group of friend going out that need multiple singles room.

Patricia’s place was beautiful, the game room for the kids plus us adults was awesome. We had such great family time in that room and our kids never left it except to go swimming or to leave the house. The place was very cozy and clean and felt like home. The decor was up to date and perfect. Each room had its own vibe and they all passed the test. We walked around the waters to find the alligators and we found two. It was such an amazing experience. The pool and jacuzzi was heated to just the right temperature and we had fun. Everything in the home worked as it should and the space was nice. Thank you again for letting me and my family stay in your home.

Overall we were pleased with our stay. The location was very convenient to both Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg, while being far enough away to enjoy the beautiful mountain views and not hear much traffic or neighbors. The view, location, and game room countered some of the minor inconveniences, such as not having any dressers for clothing. It would be helpful to replace the bedside tables with small bedside nightstands with drawers to have at least some drawer space. I appreciated the convenience of the washer/dryer combo. The downstairs king bed had a very soft mattress, too soft for me, but if you like a soft mattress, you'll probably love it. My youngest loved sleeping on the top bunk and the kids loved the game room. Thanks for a nice week!
